Iman Osman has been a baker since learning at her Egyptian Grandmother’s knee. She strongly believes in the connection and family bonding that cooking together can bring. Iman started her career with a small bake shop that sold freshly baked cookies and brownies. She has now expanded and co-owns with her sister, a company producing healthy breakfast cereals and baked goods to provide healthier, safer options to families. Much like the passion put into her book, her business is driven by the passion we have that everything is “made from scratch” – no additives, no preservatives – just good fresh baking, the old-fashioned way
Iman opened her first bakery 10 years ago. She now co-owns, along with her sister, the brand Angelica, producing healthy breakfast cereals and baked goods .
